Why do we weigh daily? 🤔⚖️
Because one weigh-in doesn’t tell the whole story.
Your weight can fluctuate day to day due to hydration, hormones, salt intake, stress, sleep, digestion, and exercise. That’s completely normal!
By weighing daily, we stop focusing on one random number and start looking at the overall trend. 📈
Think of it like checking the weather. One rainy day doesn’t mean summer is over, and one higher weigh-in doesn’t mean you’re gaining fat.
Daily weighing helps:

✅ Spot trends earlier
✅ Keep you accountable
