ARE YOU PREGNANT AND LOOKING FOR EXPERT-LED ANTENATAL CLASSES? 👶 🤰 🧑🏽‍🍼🤰🏽🤱 👨‍🍼👩‍🍼

I’m really pleased to be joining some wonderful new Antenatal classes, to be held at The Family Nook in Pulborough - starting THIS THURSDAY 2 July!

The classes have been written and will be run by Lucy from , who is also an IBCLC Lactation Consultant and Liv, GP and Founder of The Family Nook.

They will cover 9 sessions, looking in detail at pregnancy, birth, 4th Trimestre, and all sorts of useful elements such as looking after your own wellbeing and mental health too. There will also be guest speakers on a number of related topics, so bring your questions along! ☺️

I will be there this Thursday, as your local Pregancy, Postpartum and Paediatric osteopath and Baby Feeding Coach from Feel Better Osteopathy in Storrington - to talk through the osteopathic approach to keeping you in great shape throughout and after your pregnancies.

I’ll also come back a bit later in the course to discuss how cranial osteopathy can help your feeding journey and your baby to adjust to life in those initial special days and weeks, in order to get a great start.

On 30 June, Professor Amy Brown of Swansea University will present findings from the first Infant Feeding Survey in England since 2010, along with key implications for policymakers.

This meeting of the APPG on Infant Feeding and Inequalities is a valuable opportunity for MPs to hear evidence that matters to infants, mothers and families in their constituencies.

Please contact your MP and ask them to attend the hybrid event (12:30–14:00) and support action on infant feeding and inequalities.
