✨️ A little insight into the thoughts of a holistic therapist 🌿

I had a returning client visit yesterday after not seeing her for a while.

When i havent seen you for a while its usually a positive sign things are flowing well, your body & energy is at ease...& this makes me happy 💫

She told me actually the last couple of months had been tough & a friend had suggested that she took a spa day to relax,
She decided instead to book in for some Aromatherapy & Reflexology 🌿👣

We had a good chat, a deeply restorative treatment. Then she left feeling "more grounded, lighter & like a huge weight had been lifted"

I didnt say ive thought about you, wondered how you are. That wouldnt be professional (but I had)

Watching her leave,
Standing taller, smiling & with a glow in her eyes

I realised how blessed I am to call this my work & how grateful I am for the clients that flow my way,

This is more than work, its a calling 🙌

Spent the past 5 days in nature, slowing down, connecting with the land, connecting with friends new & old, receiving healing, being present, dancing & catching up with people who truly make my heart sing, my cup is full 🙏

For someone that promotes how important it is to take the time you need - i must admit id been slacking a bit lately & the busyness of life had taken over.

This festival was just what I needed to slow down & reset, recharge 💫

Not many pictures were taken, it was a gift to switch off & not have a phone (or know what the time was 90% of the time) but a few snippets were captured 📸 with many many more stored in the memory bank

What a collaboration of incredible energies ✨️
so many amazing workshops & facilitators, the music, healing, people, animals & medicine were next level.
Highly recommend to everyone, such a good vibe & amazing for kids too
