Good morning 😊 how many of you are checking in with self before you start your day 🫣
Over the years I’ve suggested many tools such as the
Shower 🚿 technique- while showering that’s the perfect time to ask yourself…
How am I feeling today?
Calm frustrated Anxious/stressed
Seeing where you are emotionally & energetically you can then ask ‘Why’ 🤷♀️
What’s creating frustration?
Why feel anxious & stressed
What ever the reason is are you able to soothe those unwanted thoughts by telling yourself something else ☺️
Such as…
That’s not my responsibility
That’s out of my control
I’m doing the best I can
Things always workout fine
Maybe I’m being shown to slow down
Etc etc
You can use this technique while having your morning cuppa 🍵
While taking a moment while these mornings are sunny to be outside and ground
Main thing is by going into action, checking in with self, taking a breather all helps to gain a much broader perspective of what maybe troubling you ☺️
Go easy on self today because you are incredible and your doing amazing 😊
