🌳Full Moon Forest Bathing in Kinver🌲

Step away from the pace of everyday life and immerse yourself in the magic of the forest beneath the light of the full moon.

Join me for a deeply restorative evening where you will slow down, reconnect with nature and embrace the calming energy of the moon and the ancient wisdom of the trees.

During our time together you will experience:
🌿 Guided Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku)
🌳 A grounding tree connection practice
🌕 A deeply relaxing full moon meditation
💚 Time for quiet reflection and mindful wandering.

We will share a few moments as a group at the end. So feel free to bring a snack and cuppa before the light fades.

Forest bathing takes place on level ground, so suitable for all. Just bring yourself, chair, blanket, snack and drink.

The full moon is often seen as a time of reflection, gratitude and letting go. Surrounded by the peace of the forest you will be invited to pause, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself through the healing presence of nature.

Whether you are new to forest bathing or returning for another experience, this evening offers a gentle space to rest, recharge and simply be.

Forest Bathing is on Friday 28th August at 7-9pm. Exchange £24.

Please note the sun sets at approximately 8pm and daylight is reduced from 8.40pm.

🔥 Help us protect Kinver Edge❗

After an incredibly dry period, with no rainfall recorded since June, and the fifth heatwave of the year this week, the risk of wildfire is extremely high.

With wildfires affecting parts of nearby Stourbridge we’re asking everyone visiting Kinver Edge, and all open countryside, to take care and follow this guidance:

🚫 We are asking visitors to refrain from smoking while the wildfire risk remains so high.
🚫 BBQs, stoves and campfires are not permitted anywhere on Kinver Edge.
🚫 Please take home, especially glass bottles.
🚫 If you see a wildfire, please call the emergency services immediately and provide a what3words location.

Thank you for your vital support and consideration during this time. Our thoughts are with those affected by and dealing with the impact of the nearby wildfire in Stourbridge.
