Sorry, I've been a bit quiet on my pages. I have still been here working away.

Reiki has been a popular treatment over the last month. For both returning and new clients. I absolutely love giving reiki as no treatment is ever the same, and the feeling of peace it can bring people.

My little room is a safe space where you are free to be you and feel all the emotions that a treatment may bring to you. Reiki can be very emotionally charged and bring feelings or thoughts to your mind that need to be seen. It can also be a deeply relaxing treatment where you then have a huge sense of peace with the best sleep that night.

I have limited appointments for Wednesday and next week available to book via my website 💜

It's a beautiful warm, sunny day today and my wee room is a bit stuffy at times. With Indian head and massage therapy sessions I'm ventilating the room well between treatments. There is also water for you before, during and after treatment if needed. Just ask 💜

Sorry for the silence. I'm currently away supporting my husband who is taking part in Worlds Toughest Mudder. A 24 hour obstacle race. So lots of recovery massages happening! I am back next week and have my availability up on my website until end of August 💜

It's somehow June already and heading into my sixth month of Full Moon Holistic Therapies. I am so grateful to everyone who comes to my little room and for those who chose to return to me. Moving through June and into July I already have limited appointments available for treatments with me.
