Sessions will be roughly 2-3 hours long depending on the souls needs.

This is a one to one basis where the soul will be provided my undivided attention to help release trauma, balance emotions & help the soul from its root cause. 🙏

Every soul has their own trauma & I am very passionate about helping release and balance the energies to make every day life that little bit manageable ✨

I am so excited to announce in the coming months Soul Space Retreat will be opening!

6 months ago I told you all something big was coming! As you are all aware I am a beauty therapist, holistic practitioner, reiki master & energy healer. Over the last 6 years I have provided holistic beauty treatments and energy healing for the soul from my gorgeous little studio in Portpatrick! I have gained the most amazing clients & friends who have been the biggest support to me & I love and appreciate every single one of you! 🙏💕

The studio is currently undergoing lots of new vibes! All treatments will still be based in the studio BUT……..

As well as this I want to introduce to you all something I’ve been working towards for years!
SOUL SPACE RETREAT 💫💫💫
This will be a completely different building purely made for weekend/day retreats!

This will be a space for souls to come and relax in pure tranquility, eat the most amazing food, and take part in various healing workshops provided by myself & other healing practitioners.
Wether it’s just a day or a full weekend, you will leave feeling soul refreshed, calm, full of clarity & energised!
This space will sleep up to 4 souls, everything included & different packages will be available!

I recently held a short dream demonstration talk which has recently become very popular so due to lots of interest il be hosting a 2 hour session on dreams! ☁️
Il be tapping in to all your dreams, explaining the various dream states, help you understand what they mean & how to tap in to messages & insights through lucid dreaming.
Dreams are a lot more connected to your waking world than you think!
Followed by a hypnotic dream state guided meditation for an opportunity to journal your experience.

Jenny Ribchester is a Reiki Master, energy reader and holistic therapist who facilitates retreats, workshops and wellbeing experiences.

Jenny will be sharing a fascinating talk on dreams and dream journaling, exploring how messages and insights can be revealed through our dreams. She will also discuss herbs traditionally used to support dream work and deeper dream recall, alongside sharing some of her own personal experiences.

There will be an opportunity for participants to reflect on and share their own dream experiences, followed by a gentle 15-minute guided meditation and time for journaling and personal reflection.
