We are delighted to share the results of the recent IOT Patient Experience Survey, completed anonymously by patients of IOT registered Trichologists.

When asked “My first consultation included the taking of a medical and lifestyle history”, 48% of patients strongly agreed, and 26.4% of patients agreed that their first consultation included the taking of a medical and lifestyle history.
