A little moment of gratitude today ☺️

Building the health coaching side of my business has reminded me so much of when I first started as a holistic therapist all those years ago. New skills, new challenges and always refining.

As we wrapped up this chapter of our coaching work together, a client arrived with these beautiful homegrown flowers from her garden and a bottle of champagne as a thank you.

I'm beaming and very thankful.

A lovely reminder to stop for a moment and be grateful.

It's been a busy weekend, on Saturday I spent the afternoon at Westons Nurseries enjoying a fantastic container workshop with The Bearded Botanist surrounded by the most incredible plants, colour and creativity.

A lovely reminder of how uplifting nature,sunshine and little time to slow down can be.

Here's to sunshine-filled days flourishing gardens and more to come with a visit to Pebworth open gardens.

Happy bank holiday back in the studio tomorrow xx
