Last year, I was super proud to become a partner with the ‘TATA Foundation’. This is a charity that funds the creation of hyper-realistic 3D ni**le and ar**la tattoos for breast cancer survivors.
• Purpose:
The tattoos are created to mimic the natural look of the ni**le and ar**la, hoping to provide a sense of normalcy and self-confidence for breast cancer survivors.
• Hyperrealism:
The tattoos strive for a high level of realism, creating the illusion of a 3D ni**le.
• Free of Charge:
The TATA Foundation aims to offer these treatments without cost to survivors, relying on donations and fundraisers to cover expenses.
• Specialised Artists:
The foundation partners with trained tattoo artists to ensure high-quality, permanent tattoos that are more durable than those typically offered by nurses.
• Impact:
By providing these tattoos, the foundation helps survivors feel more confident in their bodies and move forward with their lives after breast cancer treatment. The charities’ purpose is to make sure that everyone has access to the life - changing services of ar**la tattooing, regardless of their financial status. The Tata Foundation was born with this in mind, a charity to raise funds to cover the costs of ar**la tattooing for those who need it the most. Additionally, the sponsored artists hold a fundraiser once a year to further raise funds for the cause.
With this in mind, My amazing husband is taking on the very important role of fund raising and is cycling 720K (that’s 450 Miles)!
From Jeremy: -
In July, I’ll be taking on one of the toughest cycling challenges in Europe, a brutal route first created 76 years ago by the Cyclo Club Béarnais. Starting in Hendaye on the Atlantic coast, I’ll ride the length of the French Pyrenees to the Mediterranean town of Cerbère, staying as close to the Spanish border as possible.
The goal: complete the route in under 100 hours. Along the way, I’ll ride 720km tackling 18 mountain passes and over 11,000 metres of climbing, including iconic Tour de France climbs like the Col du Tourmalet and Col d’Aubisque.
When my legs are failing and the voice in my head says “stop”, I’ll need something stronger to keep me going — which is why I’m doing this to raise money for Alzheimer’s whilst also supporting Helenas partner charity the ‘TATA Foundation’.
Your support will make a real difference. If you’re able to sponsor me, any contribution (big or small) will help push me over those mountains and towards the finish line.
So please if you can, I would be extremely grateful for any donation that you can make, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
