Creatine… just for gym bros? Definitely not. 👀
Creatine monohydrate is one of the most researched supplements available, yet I think its potential role in women’s health is still hugely under-discussed.
We often associate creatine with muscle and performance, but research is also exploring its role in areas including brain health, healthy ageing and supporting women through different life stages.
And yes — building and maintaining muscle matters too. Not simply for how we look, but for strength, function, independence and long-term health.
As someone who works with people every day to improve how they feel, move and function, I think this is information more of us should understand.
