What an incredible first festival of the year! 🌿 Huge thanks to and the brilliant for having Secret Sauna Club out at the Wild and Wild Festival 2026!

We ran two saunas at different temperatures plus two big cold plunges, and the way everyone shared the space and leaned into the contrast was exactly what Secret Sauna Club is about. Heat, cold, and community, all in one. Watching strangers cheer each other into the plunge and come out buzzing never gets old. The combo of sauna heat followed by cold immersion is brilliant for circulation, recovery, and just resetting your nervous system, and doing it together makes it even better.

Big shoutout to who had the lakeside crowd moving with Music, Yoga & Movement and Runway Pilates right next to us, the energy carried straight over into the sauna 🔥🎶

Thank you to every vendor and facilitator who stopped by for a chat, your energy made the day even better 🙏

First festival down, more to come this summer, and we're already plotting for 2027 👀🔥🧊

Monday is the start of Men's Health Week and I'm doing something about it.

A lot of the stigma around men's mental health comes down to one feeling: vulnerability. And nothing makes you feel more vulnerable than sitting in a sauna with strangers, in your swimmers, with nowhere to hide.

But here's the flip side... nothing makes you feel more equal either. No job titles, no image, no front. Just blokes sweating it out together. That's where the walls come down.

So I'm opening the doors for a Men's Mental Health Sauna Social 👇

❄️🔥Men's Mental Health Sauna Social❄️🔥
Monday 15th June | Stableview

Next Monday marks the start of Men's Health Week. And I'm not just talking about it, I'm doing something about it. 💪

I started Secret Sauna Club because I needed it. The heat quietened my mind, the cold sharpened my focus, and somewhere between the two I found it easier to breathe, and to talk. If it's done that for me, I know it can do the same for others.

75% of all suicides in the UK are men. Su***de is the leading cause of death for men under 50. Yet most won't say a word about it.

Sauna and cold plunge do something that's hard to explain until you feel it. The heat strips away the noise. The cold resets everything. And sitting in that heat with other people? Walls come down. Conversations happen that wouldn't happen anywhere else.

So we're opening the doors for a dedicated men's mental health session. No agenda, no pressure, just a space to step away from the noise of life and be around other blokes doing the same.

We all know someone, a mate, a brother, a dad, a husband, who's carrying more than he lets on. This is for him. Send him this. Come with him. Or just show up for yourself.

We're excited to be bringing the sauna and cold plunge experience to Festival at Brook House Farm, Cheshire this Sunday 14th June.

Wild & Wild Festival is a full-day wellness festival bringing together inspiring speakers, yoga, breathwork, holistic therapies, live music, workshops, delicious food, wellbeing brands, and Cheshire's biggest sound bath. ✨🌿🎶

It's a day designed to help you slow down, reconnect, learn something new, and enjoy time with like-minded people in a beautiful countryside setting.

We'll be there all day with our wood-fired sauna and cold plunge, offering the perfect space to relax, reset, recover, and soak up the festival atmosphere.

❄️🔥What an incredible evening at Far Coley Farm! ❄️🔥

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us last night. The turnout was amazing, with so many people coming together to enjoy the Sunset Run Club, Glow Yoga, sauna sessions, and cold plunges in one of the most beautiful settings around.

The atmosphere throughout the evening was something special. There was plenty of laughter, great conversations flowing in and around the sauna, and a real sense of relaxation as the sun went down over the farm.

From runners cooling off in the plunge, to yogis unwinding after Glow Yoga, to friends catching up around the tipi, it was one of those evenings that reminds you how good it feels to get outdoors, slow down, and enjoy good company.

A massive thank you to everyone involved in making the evening such a success.

And of course, thank you to everyone who came along and brought such great energy. ❤️

Many people left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and ready for the best night's sleep they've had in a while. 😴✨

We've got the wood-fired sauna, cold plunge and outdoor shower all set up overlooking some incredible countryside views.

It's a great spot to relax, recover and take a bit of time away from the usual day-to-day rush.
