Starting 17th August we are in Hamilton at 10.30am in Window to the Womb + firstScan Hamilton and then Carluke at 1.00pm in Carluke & Law Church of Scotland . Start your week with some calm in amongst the chaos of newborn life.

Our classes aren't just for baby. They are for you as well. My usual Monday shout out to Alaria CIC . For anyone in the Strathaven area this place is just amazing and my two love it. So calming and Cheryl is a gem with the kids. They have lots of fun stuff coming up over summer.

On Monday we had the pleasure of being gifted these gorgeous teepees from our lovely friends Bumps, Bubbas & Brides . So pretty and the perfect way to celebrate the end of our Monday blocks and also the launch of Kirsty's Calm Club. Thank you so much. For anyone looking for teepees over the summer holidays for a fun sleepover I cannot recommend enough.
