✨️Skincare✨️

Skincare is even more important than your in clinic treatments, it is the building blocks and needed for ensuring you get the best out of your treatments and for maintenance.

It doesn't need to be confusing, lengthy or involve a million products. My skincare routine takes under 5mins which is needed when I have such a busy life with 2 babies 💙💖

Everyone's skin is different and not all products may be suitable for you, but my routine is simple and effective for sensitive and problematic skin🙌

I have had soo many questions about what I have done for my skin in the last year, it is in the best condition that it has ever been with hardly any breakouts (even hormonal) or dryness ❤️

Simple skincare routine with regular toxin, microneedling and polynucleotide treatments 💉🐟

💉 Biotin Vitamin B7 IM injections 💉

Biotin is a water soluble vitamin commonly found in food sources such as leafy greens, salmon, eggs and nuts/seeds - however the amount our body stores from these foods isn't commonly known.

Deficiency and low levels can occur due to medications such as GLP1s, omeprazole, gastro/stomach issues, vegan/vegetarians, long term use of antibiotics, long term dieting and medical conditions such as epilepsy and crohns/colitis.

❌️ Symptoms from low levels include:
- dry itchy eczema like skin
- brittle thin, prone to breaking nails
- poor quality skin
- thinning and hair loss
- fatigue and problems sleeping
- depression and brain fog

As with all IM injections I always advise getting your levels checked with your GP but if you suffer from these above symptoms it is likely that this vitamin will be beneficial to your overall health and any excess vitamin within your blood due to being water soluble is excreted.

Filler can get such a bad name because it has generally been used badly, in the wrong places or over filling❌️

I am very specific about when and how I use Filler and should only be used for replacing lost volume, slightly lifting or having the illusion of lifting tissues and for defining your own facial structure 😍

Lips have always been a favourite but can also be used in soo many other places:
