What would you like to see by then:

0.5 lb off a week — 6.5 lbs off

1 lbs off a week — 13 lbs off almost a stone

1.5lbs off a week — 1 stone 5.5 lbs off

2lbs off a week — 26 lbs off, 2 lbs away from 2 stone

And so on..

Tuesdays Martock 3.30pm 5pm and 6.30pm

Thursdays Glastonbury 9.30am or Street 5pm

Best thing I did was join slimming world for my own journey but now almost 8 years helping and supporting others on their journey 🥰

Let’s be real - losing weight isn’t easy. If it was, we’d all do it without a second thought. Life gets busy, motivation dips and sometimes we wonder if we’ll ever get there. But one thing I know for sure? Having support makes all the difference! 🥰

My Slimming World groups are full of members who truly care, who lift each other up, and who celebrate every win - big or small. Whether you’ve got half a stone or more to lose, you’ll find support, friendship and plenty of laughs along the way.

If you’re thinking about starting (or restarting), we’d love to welcome you. You don’t have to do this alone!

Hi everyone, my name is Emma

I’ve been a consultant now for 7 and half years
I run 3 groups a week with 5 sessions and I LOVE it

I’m 36 & I live with my husband🥰 our 5 children 🩷🩷🩷🩷💙and our little dog Belle 🐾

I love making memories with my family, going for walks and days out..

Above all, I’m a member too! I’ve been a target member 🎯 for 6 and half years, holding off just under 8 stones . I follow the same wonderfully generous, food optimising plan and eat real food to get real results 🥰

When you walk through my doors as a member you will be given a warm welcome as we step into this journey together & I promise to support you every step of the way 👣
