North Walls Healthy Living Centre will be reopening next Wednesday 4 January with a new timetable for the new year.

I am pleased to say Matt White has been appointed as a new Fitness Instructor and will be offering evening sessions on a Tuesday & Thursday evening. I will be doing morning sessions on a Monday and Wednesday. Details of times will follow 😀

If you are new to exercise or want to get back to it we will be running a few extra sessions during the first couple of weeks. Please feel free to come round to the healthy living centre to see our range of equipment or send us message with any questions you may have.
