Last Sunday, I had the pleasure of volunteering for 2 hours at Cotswold Cats and Dogs, providing short animal reiki sessions for some of the lovely residents in memory of my very own special rescue dog, Poppy.

The wonderful staff and volunteers provided a beautiful calming space for the sessions. Featuring Ollie, Barnaby and Mowgli âœĻ🐕
