What an incredible couple of weeks we have had. One of our lovely members came in on their first week with a super 10 lbs lose!!!. How incredible is that??, losing all that weight by eating lots of amazing food. How would you like to lose those sorts of numbers in one week?!. Anything is possible when you put your mind to it. We have the most supportive group waiting to help you on your journey at Gastrells

The countdown is now on, only 13 days until re-launch of Gastrells slimming world group. I can't wait to see some amazing losses and be A part of so many peoples journeys. Keep the 2nd of January clear in the diaries people it's going to be A life changer.
