Horse and Rider; You are a Team, as one entity and when things go wrong from injury, accident, illness or trauma to any degree, the plan and time taken to recovery can be long, painful,
sometimes very lonely & often confusing. Im Cat Dachtler IRVAP & i came to realise that during this crucial time of healing, us equestrians often have a stiff upper lip attitude. We dutily follow guidance & i think we underestimate the impact that veterinary attention / intervention has on us emotionally and the horse spiritually. When our horse and rider team / partnership breaks down Cat strongly believes we need the extra holistic support to see us get back in the saddle as simply as swiftly & as safely as possible, whilst reducing the guilt and over whelm that the weight of the responsibilities can give us. Horses � often have degrees or levels of discomfort it's up to US, the TEAM, to find why, is it mental discomfort, is it physical, or is it mental because of the physical, i have a set plan with my own format to distinguish what is pain, the level of pain and whether a veterinarian needs to be called in BEFORE any therapist sets goals. I am mobile to any yard in the UK (I've even been asked abroad) & i work Holistically to confirm the boundries (including time frame, emotional support, measurable, achievable, realistic goals) of the recovery process. Under veterinary guidance you can rely on me to carry some of the burden getting you Back Into Fitness and Back In The Saddle as simply and swiftly as possible. Experience in showjumping, showing, especially hunters, hunting, NH racing, i'm proud of my achievements. I work intelligently, holistically and mindfully to help all soft tissues function at their best. Working with the soft tissue structures, i specialise in Posture and functional fitness. Working the horses into a rehab programme is where my passion lays & i excel. If you need 3 days, or if you need 3 months rehab, i am there to make sure we set the goals, set times limits, set the fitness plans and create a systematic outlook that will support you in the recovery process.
