Kudos were recommended to us as their stairlifts can be fitted into narrow staircases.
The surveyor & then fitting engineers were very courteous, quiet & efficient. They were happy to explain what was happening during the digital survey & discuss the results.
They answered any questions fully, making sure we understood!
Likewise the installing engineers were able to work around the ‘household’ & gave very clear explanations about the stairlift, how it works & going through all the instructions on how to use it. They made sure we were completely familiar with the system & any safety measures etc for its safe use. They cleared up everything & left the area clean & tidy… the office dealt with any queries I had prior to agreeing to having the Kudos stairlift.
The lift is being used daily & has been a complete success.
