💥When Your Coach Needs a Reset Too…💥
Real talk…
Right now, I’m not enjoying my weight training.
I’ve got no structured programme, my own nutrition hasn’t been where I’d like it to be, and I’m carrying a little injury that’s taken some of the enjoyment away.
But that’s okay.
Life happens, and I’ve been busy working on something exciting, qualifying in a fantastic nutrition course so I can continue helping others achieve incredible results.
The reality is, coaches live in the real world too. We have ups, downs, busy periods, setbacks, and times when motivation isn’t at its highest.
The important thing is not to quit. Sometimes you need a short break, a reset, and then you get back to doing what you do best.
I’ll be back at it soon.
