Good afternoon ladies 💕

I know throughout the summer my working hours have been a bit all over the place with holidays, plans and the kids being off school! 🙈

You’ll be pleased to know I’ve got nothing else booked in for a while, the kids are back at school and things are getting back to normal, so my usual working hours are back:

✨ Wednesday: 4pm – 7pm
✨ Thursday: 12pm – 7pm
✨ Friday: 9am – 3pm

I also know I’ve been fully booked for weeks, and I know some of you have found it difficult to get appointments. I’ve had lots of lovely new customers start coming to me over the summer too, which has been amazing 🥰

As always, I would recommend booking your appointments in advance where possible, especially if you know you have certain dates or treatments you need. Booking a few appointments ahead is the best way to make sure you get the days and times that suit you. 💕

📢 BOOKING SYSTEM UPDATE 📢

Hi everyone! I know I previously said that after my holiday I would be switching my booking system back to Fresha. However, after speaking to a few people who currently use it, it seems things have actually become worse in terms of fees and booking charges.

Because of this, I’ve decided not to move back to Fresha and I’m currently looking into other booking systems that will be better for both myself and my clients.

I have been recommended a one by a customer who also uses online booking for her business and it has an app where you can manage your own appointments, as I know that’s something you all really like! 📱✨

So please bear with me whilst I try to get everything set up and working properly. I want to make sure the new system is easy for you all to use and makes booking and managing your appointments much simpler.

I’ll keep you all updated and will let everyone know as soon as the new booking system is ready! 🖤

Please can everyone try to use the online booking system for appointments where possible. 🙏🏼

I’ve had a huge increase in messages coming through Snapchat, WhatsApp and inboxes across all 4 platforms, and unfortunately I’m starting to miss messages. I also struggle to find the time to keep up with replying to everything, so please don’t worry if you don’t get a reply straight away.

I really need to keep all work-related messages and appointments in one place so I can stay organised and make sure nobody gets missed.

💗 The quickest and easiest way to get an appointment is to book directly online.

These are my set working hours, and I don’t work outside of these times. I’ve had a big increase recently in requests for evenings, weekends and appointments outside of my normal hours.

As well as Forever Graceful, I also have an office job and a family, so unfortunately I’m unable to offer appointments outside of my advertised working hours. ❤️

I really appreciate everyone understanding that I have to keep a balance between work and home life.

✨ Hi ladies ✨

I’m back home tonight and will be back working tomorrow and Saturday.

Both days are fully booked, but I’ll be spending the next few days catching up on all of my messages. I’m so sorry if you’ve messaged me and I haven’t replied yet—I completely switched off from work while I was away and enjoyed some much-needed family time.
