8 years this week since I opened the doors of my first ever Slimming World group!
I remember being worried in case no one came you know, and there was just me and my cuppa 😬 But I needn't have, my room was buzzing with chat, aspiration, inspiration, dreams and goals 😍
And, it's never stopped! 🌟🎯🌟
If you've ever been a member in one of my groups I'm so humbled that you chose me to support you 😊
If you're one of my current members, I'm as excited as you to see what this year bring for you! 🎯

Do you get to Friday and feel like another week has just passed you by? Another week of not doing anything for you? We've got you! Our 7:30 a.m. group is the earliest Saturday morning group in Sunderland! Means you can come along, meet some fabulous people, have a cuppa, make a plan and still be back in time to spend the rest of the weekend doing family! 😍 See you tomorrow 😉
