Sometimes the smallest tweak can make the biggest difference to a profile. This lovely client had always been conscious of the little cleft in her chin and felt her profile needed a touch more balance.

We didn’t need lots of filler or a dramatic change. A subtle amount of chin filler was enough to soften the appearance of the cleft, add gentle projection and bring the lower face into better proportion with the rest of her features.

Still her. Just a little more balance where she wanted it. 🤍

Spend a day off with me… which apparently still involves aesthetics 😂

This time I was the one in the treatment chair having Sculptra, a treatment I use with my own clients and genuinely love myself too.

For me, it’s all about supporting my skin as I age, stimulating my own collagen and keeping things looking like me rather than chasing big changes. Practitioner or not, there’s something very nice about being on the other side of the needle for once 😂

Now back to treating everyone else… x

A little insight into the chaos that is my brain 😂

I didn’t realise how many of the things I do every single day were linked to my ADHD until I actually started thinking about it.

The same song 400 times, buying people presents because I physically cannot wait until their birthday, having my best ideas when I should be asleep, 60 tabs open… but deleting them because looking at them stresses me out 😂

Some parts drive me mad, some make me laugh and some I actually really love about myself.

I’m still learning what works for me and how to manage it all… but I wouldn’t be me without a bit of chaos 😂

Please tell me I’m not the only one who does some of these? x

Ladies… you don’t need to know what treatment you need before you book🤍

This lovely client didn’t come to me asking for polynucleotides, she just knew her skin didn’t feel like her anymore. So we talked. About what had changed, what she wanted to improve and, most importantly, what she wanted to still look like afterwards.

The internet is a dangerous place when you’re comparing your behind-the-scenes to someone else’s highlight reel 😂

Yes, I run a clinic, still work as a nurse and somehow keep all the plates spinning. I also have 600 tabs open in my brain, reply to my friends within 3–5 working days and apparently only discover motivation when everyone else has gone to bed.

There’s a LOT you don’t see behind a polished Instagram feed.

So if you’ve ever looked at someone online and thought, “How have they got it all together?”… they probably haven’t. None of us have!😂 We’re all just doing our best with our own version of chaos behind the scenes.
