Friday 28th Aug, chair yoga, qi gong and meditation, St Michael's Community

Tesco Community Room, running through the holidays. Every Tuesday at the Tesco Community Room, Tesco Newcastle Rd.
£6 for beginners and improvers Iyengar yoga
Also Thursdays at st michaels community centre stannington grove.

Would you like to try Qi Gong ..its a low cost (£6) class at Tesco Community room .Tesco extra Newcastle Road , Friday mornings 10am . Small class , very friendly suitable for everybody . You need nothing but yourself ( although a mat is handy ) and the intention to give yourself an hour to relax and heal using these gentle movements, body, breath and mind.
