Falling - or feeling at risk of falling - is not an inevitable part of ageing. There are simple, practical steps you can take to reduce the risk and stay safe, active, and independent.

Steady On Your Feet - Sunderland is a free online tool designed to support you in maintaining your independence and reducing your risk of falls. It's easy to use and available to everyone.

Through the platform, you can:

• Access practical advice, guidance, and helpful resources
• Create your own personalised falls prevention plan
• Find local support and services available in your area
• Complete a short, free falls prevention self-assessment. Once completed, you will receive your own personalised falls prevention action plan
• Complete a short, free falls prevention self-assessment and receive your own personalised action plan to support you
