I’m so excited to be adding some new weekday Sound Sanctuary sessions… a little space in the middle of your week to slow down, switch off and take some time for you. 🤍

This Sunday evening I’ll be releasing all of my Sound Bath dates for the rest of the year.

A Sanctuary Sound Bath is a chance to lie back, get cosy and let the soothing sounds wash over you… helping you to relax, switch off and create a little space for yourself. 🤍

No expectations. Nothing you need to do. Just time to be.

Yesterday’s Sacral Hypno & Sound Journey 🧡✨

What a magical evening with 12 beautiful ladies joining us.

We began with Natalie’s gorgeous hypnotherapy journey... focusing on the energy of the Sacral Chakra... exploring themes of flow, creativity, pleasure, emotions and our ability to move more freely through life.
An opportunity to make space to connect with ourselves a little more deeply.

I’m so grateful to have been able to guide you through the sound journey after Natalie’s beautiful hypnotherapy.

Thank you to every one of you who came and shared the evening with us. It was a really special one. 🧡

I just wanted to say THANK YOU again to Rachel for standing in and covering my sound baths for the past few weeks... you are an angel... 😇 Here she is, a little capture of her creating her magic with the wind gong and koshi chimes 💫

I had the pleasure of attending last Thursdays sound bath with Rachel and what a treat... I could have lay there for hours 🥰 For anyone that enjoyed Rachels soundbaths Soul Sanctuary Sunderland , check out her page or show her some love here 🤍
