We use Thai Chi, Qi Gong and slow movement to help develop peace and calm 🧘♂️
Practicing Thai Chi improves balance reduces stress and increases flexibility. This low impact, “meditation in motion “ boosts brain function, strengthens joints and helps lower risk of falls. It also helps to stabilise blood pressure and heart rate over time. This is all done whilst being mindful helping to lower cortisol and reduce stress.
