Love is all around, you only need to choose to see. Do not be drawn into the fear mongering of others, look around you in your own community and find the good things that people are doing, or reflect at the way you are choosing to live in compassion for yourself and others. Be the observer of the global conflict, but do not let it take the joy from your life. Outside the world is changing and it is not always obvious how good will arise from the chaos, but it will. Focus on your inner world and creation from there. Do not rush or push, live with understanding, acceptance and acknowledgment of yourself without judgement and lead as a role model, take action when it feels right to do so, let your heart lead the way with trust and curiosity. Nothing is wrong, it is just change occurring. Let your light, peace and calmness shine into the world; the field of consciousness and be the change we all desire.
