Big day today !!!
Ebs said I had to have a first day of college photo at the door.

Super nervous about going back to school at 38, also excited but mostly nervous.

About last nights collaboration with Ruth Martin-Harrison

We gathered under the rising moon to flex and flow with Ruth Martin-Harrison surrounded by the autumnal scent of pumpkin spice and warming cocoa

Movement is medicine and Ruth guided the group through a flow that developed and challenged

Taking us through the movements to support all abilities

Then it was time for some self care. Mindfulness hand massage with TROPIC oils and temple balms.

Learning adaptations for foot massage too

Warming cocoa with sq**rt cream as we headed out for a short walk in the woods

The moon knew what we needed last night and was star of the show in the clear night sky.

We settled on our blankets and had Mabon readings, asking ourselves what has grown within the harvest season and what we needed last night to harvest for ourselves

Cleansing and circle opening rituals observed.

We stayed until the only light was the moon and my very spiritual Makita UK torch lol

This evening reminded me that I am only at the beginning as I harvest the rewards of my hard work so far.
