Coming up this Sunday. There’s a little special offer for this one, so do make sure you read the full caption 💛 if you have any questions, or would like to book a space, then feel free to get in touch x
Sunday Sound Bath on 10th May - a chance to lie down, switch off, and give yourself a time to properly pause, rest and let your body and mind settle.
What to expect:
Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, and other small instruments, played to support rest and help your system slow down.
Our session falls on the final day of Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week. For some, that might feel important. For others, it might bring up mixed feelings, or not feel relevant at all. However this lands for you, you’re welcome here.
If you’re a mum, and/or navigating the motherhood journey in any form and it feels supportive to come with someone, I’ve opened a few paired spaces at a reduced rate so you don’t have to come on your own. That could be a friend, sister, partner, or someone you feel safe with. No questions asked.
📍 Church Hall, United Reformed Church, Swanage
🗓 Sunday 10th May
⏰ 19:00 - 20:00
💷 £15 (or message me about paired spaces)
To book, send me a message or email [email protected]
Unfortunately this session isn’t suitable for sound-triggered epilepsy. If you’re in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy or have a serious physical or mental health condition, please check with your doctor first.
