What an amazing week in my Slimming Workd groups in and this week.

💪 A massive 185 lbs lost across all groups which is 13 stone! 🙏

🏅Four people achieving their half stone award

🏅 Three people achieving their 1️⃣ stone award

🏅 Four people achieving their 1.5 stone award

🏅 One person achieving their 2.5 stone award

🏅 Two people achieving their Club 10 award

🎯 Four people got to their dream target weight: Sally, Betty, Kelly Anne and Victoria 🙌🙌

Kelly Anne (pictured) has lost over 7 stone and has never given up on her dream! ❤️

This week has been extra special in my groups as we crowned our men of the year as voted for by the members.

Each of these men are truly inspirational and each have their own story. One thing in common they have is the motivation to lose weight and joining Slimming World to do something about it.

I am super proud of all my members but this week has reaffirmed why I love this job so much.

The winners are Stuart, Jamie, Glen and Curtis.

Big congratulations to all of them!

Across all of my slimming world groups this week, members have lost 171 lbs. That’s just over 12 stone in total, the equivalent to 76 kg.

It’s amazing what can be achieved when you have a reason to do it. Whatever your reason for wanting to lose weight, I can help you to do that safely without going hungry or depriving yourself.
