The last two tools in one for Mental Health Week is – finding the balance between movement and rest.
Move your body in ways that feel good — go for a walk, swim, cycle, or run. Get outside, breathe in nature, and spend time with friends, whether that’s a catch-up in town or a trip to the beach. Movement can lift your mood, boost energy, and help clear your mind. ☀️🚶♀️🏊♂️ 🚴♀️🏃♀️🌿
Just as important is learning to rest and reset. Take time for stillness, slow down, and have a mindfulness day. Pay attention to the present moment — your thoughts, your body, and your surroundings. This can help reduce anxiety, calm the mind, and bring a sense of balance and clarity. 🌿🧘♀️🌸🌊
