The last two tools in one for Mental Health Week is – finding the balance between movement and rest.

Move your body in ways that feel good — go for a walk, swim, cycle, or run. Get outside, breathe in nature, and spend time with friends, whether that’s a catch-up in town or a trip to the beach. Movement can lift your mood, boost energy, and help clear your mind. ☀️🚶‍♀️🏊‍♂️ 🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️🌿

Just as important is learning to rest and reset. Take time for stillness, slow down, and have a mindfulness day. Pay attention to the present moment — your thoughts, your body, and your surroundings. This can help reduce anxiety, calm the mind, and bring a sense of balance and clarity. 🌿🧘‍♀️🌸🌊

It’s not about doing more or doing less — it’s about knowing when your mind and body need each. ⚖️💚

& that’s the end of our tips 💚

Next tool for Mental Health Week is the simple act of kindness. 🤍

A small gesture can pull you out of your own head, shift your focus to someone else, and create a moment of real human connection. It might be something as simple as checking in on a friend, offering a compliment, or helping someone without being asked.

Kindness doesn’t just support others — it supports you too. It can boost your mood, ease stress, and give you a sense of purpose and perspective when things feel overwhelming. Even the smallest act can create a ripple effect, lifting both your day and someone else’s in ways you might not expect.

Today in Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re focusing on the importance of having something to look forward to and finding purpose through new experiences. Whether it’s booking a trip, planning a coffee date, signing up for a class, or learning a new skill, giving yourself something positive ahead can make a real difference to your wellbeing.

Sometimes the smallest plans can bring the biggest sense of hope, motivation, and excitement. Learning something new can also build confidence, encourage growth, and help us reconnect with ourselves in meaningful ways.

This week, challenge yourself to plan something that makes you smile — no matter how big or small. ✨

What’s one thing you’re looking forward to right now? 💭

For Day Three of Mental Health Awareness Week… our focus is Nature 💚🌿

Nature heals in ways words sometimes can’t ✨

Take a moment to step outside, breathe in the fresh air, ground yourself, and slow down. A gentle walk, the sound of birds, the feel of the breeze — sometimes the smallest moments in nature can bring the greatest peace. 💚

Get outside, reconnect with nature, and be kind to your mind. 🌿✨

The next powerful tool for both mental and physical wellbeing this Mental Health Awareness Week… is community 💚

Yes, sauna and hot/cold therapy can help reduce stress, improve sleep, boost mood and help regulate the nervous system. But something just as important is the sense of connection that comes from communal sauna sessions.

Taking time to switch off together, have conversations, share experiences and simply be around like-minded people can have a huge impact on how we feel mentally.

In a world where so many people feel isolated, overwhelmed or disconnected, creating spaces where people feel welcome, supported and connected really matters.

There’s something deeper that happens in communal sauna spaces. Phones are put away, conversations become more real, and people connect without pressure or expectation. Sometimes it’s not just the sauna itself that helps — it’s the people you meet in it too.

There’s something powerful about sitting beside others, all taking time to look after themselves and each other. That sense of belonging, support and shared experience is something many people don’t realise they need until they feel it.

If you’re looking to find community, Thursday Club is a fantastic way of meeting people, building connections and tackling loneliness through communal sessions 🤍
