Ooops! I missed Julys monthly catch up!

1) we treated SO many period complaints this month, the solar flares really set people off!

2) updated the clinics shop with more of Muihood Chinese medicine products! Period patches, calm patches and ofc the muscle relaxing bath soaks! (Really great to warm the body as we approach autumn)

3) I was able to watch my twin sisters PHD graduation LIVE. So proud!!

4) went to Pitbull with Grace Hair Studio

5) went to my first class at a new dance school HEEL IT UP 10000% recommend (it is in Cardiff but worth the trip)

6) hosted another beautiful relaxing sounbath meditation

7) came down with an ear infection… then a sinus infection. Treated both naturally and with antibiotic drops not to miss anymore work.

8) it really forced me to slow down. I had to cancel a student and re arrange clients. (You guys know I rarely do this )

9) cosmetic acupuncture to promote collagen and plump the skin.

10) I invested in a SURI I’ve been enjoying it, especially going camping with the UV cleaning case! My teeth feel so clean! Use the link in my bio to get 10% off !

11) you guys have been saying you’d love to be able to get cacao out in swansea, especially after I said about Radek’s Chocolate festival stand. I finally listened and have been working with The Crazy Baker to make radeks cacao available in Swansea. It’s delicious hot or iced. CBD options available! (More info coming soon)

I was invited to try TECAR treatment with ✨

After a thorough assessment, we got to work — TECAR, hands-on massage, a moving bed 👀 and a few adjustments to finish!

A plan has been emailed and I’m excited to build stronger foundations, feel better in the gym & support my body day to day 💪✨

I almost forgot to post JUNES highlights!

1) you guys LOVED cupping this month

2) Sardinia has the bluest waters I’ve ever seen. I did a boat trip around the Baunei coast and HIGHLY recommend going!

3) Italy really recharged my batteries.

4) Cagliari streets stole my heart- the churches the views the colour. I’d go back in a heartbeat

5) I love travelling but it really affects my joint condition and my back was not okay! Monthly massage maintenance with Shannon | Massage & Facial Sculpting

6) the nails were outgrown so I had to have them infilled and made pretty again with The Nail Nook - by Natalie

7) Quasha (scrapping) isn’t just used for muscle soreness. It can also help with hot flushes / busy brains 🧠 / circulation

8) I had a very positive and productive appointment with my gynaecologist in singleton hospital. NHS appointments can be scary but my consultant listened to my concerns and we made a plan going forward. If you have endo- you know what a rare occurrence and relief a positive appointment can have! (Also a moment for the outfit)

9) Little Alice wasn’t well. But don’t worry! After some TLC, and some vet visits, she’s doing much better! ❤️this post if you love Alice !

☀️ Your heatwave survival pack! ☀️

Heat exhaustion vs Heatstroke – know the difference, it could save a life.

🚨 Heatstroke is a medical emergency. It occurs when the body can no longer cool itself down. Warning signs include a very high temperature, hot skin with little or no sweating, fast breathing, confusion, seizures or loss of consciousness.

🥵 Heat exhaustion happens when your body becomes too hot and starts losing water and salts. Signs include dizziness, headache, feeling sick, cramps, heavy sweating, pale clammy skin, thirst and tiredness.

The good news? Heat exhaustion can often be reversed if you act quickly. Cooling down is key:
✅ Move to a cool place
✅ Remove excess clothing
✅ Drink water or an oral rehydration/sports drink
✅ Cool the skin with water, fans or cold packs

Prevention matters because untreated heat exhaustion can progress to heatstroke, which can be life-threatening. Stay hydrated, wear loose clothing, avoid the hottest part of the day (11am–3pm), and check in on children, older adults and anyone with long-term health conditions.

If someone with heat exhaustion isn’t improving within 30 minutes, or develops symptoms of heatstroke, call 999 immediately.
