Theme request! “Self Love” Reiki infused Soundbath ✨

A gentle evening to slow down, tune in, and nurture your body. 🧚🏼

📆Friday 15th May
🕣7:30–8:30pm
📍Urban Zen Yoga

✨We’ll begin with an energy cleanse as you arrive, followed by optional rose ceremonial cacao to open the heart space and a little time for journaling. From there we’ll move into an affirmation-setting ritual, channelled reiki, and a self-love meditation before settling into the soundbath and closing the session together.

✨This is a relaxing workshop focused on giving yourself time to soften, rest, and reconnect. Slowing down is an act of self-love in itself — the rituals and practices are the bonus.

✨Blankets, yoga mats, and bolsters will be available, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. You’re also welcome to bring anything that helps you feel grounded and relaxed — crystals, a teddy, or anything comforting. Please bring your journal, a pen, and some water.

Tickets are £20

Hi, I’m Talia- founder of Nadora Wellness 💫
This April marks 4 years of holding space, supporting healing, and doing what I truly love 🤍

I hold a degree in Chinese Medicine Acupuncture and a postgraduate diploma in Gynaecology & Fertility. My work is deeply personal - I have a special interest in endometriosis, hormone health & skin, as these are all journeys I’ve experienced myself.

Alongside acupuncture, I offer massage, facials & advanced treatments like microneedling, as well as energy work — I’m a Reiki Master ✨

I also host monthly Reiki meditation sound baths, creating a space to slow down, reset & reconnect 🌙

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me dancing, travelling, or at the gym… and always making time to be a social butterfly when I can 🦋

Chapter 3 out of 12

1) content day for .studio got soaked but had a laugh!

2) got back into meal preparing. This month I’m really focusing on getting back on track with my health

3) clinic was fully booked and we had overflow clinics. THANKYOU so much!

4) my TT (other app) grew views and generated many new clients ❤️

5) Quit dance to focus on recovery. Focused on slowly getting back into the gym and strengthening my muscles to stop the dizzy spells / fainting. Giving up something you love to better your health is a sacrifice that sucks but is worth taking.

6) blind alice had many sleepovers with me

7) I had weekly acupuncture appointments, daily herbal remedies and 2 massages. I can honestly say my bank is crying but my health is thriving! My energy is returning and the dizzy spells improving massively.

8) I wanted easter nails delivered 💅

9) my sis-in-law gave birth to the most beautiful little girl

10) the amount of cupping I did in the clinic for bad backs and flu was insaneeee 🤧

11) the best experience trying on hats for an upcoming wedding

12) my business hormone sister has a new facial treatment, so ofc I had to try!

On a whole - my health has improved, my happiness and creativity is returning and I feel so blessed to have created this life. I am so grateful for everyone who supports me on this journey and am so proud you choose me as your local woo-woo therapist 💜
