It's a brand new lovely venue for everyone. Free parking & free refreshments. The group is currently Monday 5.30pm but from January 1st 2026 it's moving to Thursday. A brand new Saturday morning group launches 7.30am on January 3rd. I feel so lucky i get to support members on their weight loss journey & help make great lifestyle changes to form new healthy habits. I have been a consultant for 26 y

ears & still love every minute of working with members. In group there is so much learning, help & support, top tips shared & recipes swapped. It's where you meet new friends in group who always support everyone. You won't regret it! Nicola 07977517434 x
