PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY. Below is some Important information to make your appointment go as smoothly as possible. Please eat before your appointment, we cannot stress enough just how important it is that you have eaten a sufficient meal within 4 hours of your piercing. Please do not bring children with you to your appointment unless they are supervised by another adult. They will not b
e able to come into the piercing room with you. If you are bringing a child under the age of 16 to be pierced, you must be the parent or legal guardian. Rhian will not pierce children under the age of 5 and the child must give full consent, if at anytime the child withdraws their consent or is clearly distraught Rhian will not continue with the piercing, their body, their choice. Please bring valid ID for yourself and/or your child, this could be a passport or drivers license. If you are under 16 years of age you will need parental consent for your appointment and must be accompanied by an adult. Please arrive on time, if you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, Rhian may refuse to see you. If you are late, it knocks onto her next appointment and puts her whole day behind. Please do not use numbing agents prior to your piercing as this can make the skin tighten and change shape causing the piercing to be uneven and not heal as well. Booking fees are non refundable but can be transfered to a later date but you must give 48 hours notice to rebook, failure to do so will result in you losing your fee. If you are unwell please do not attend your appointment. If you are planning on using a swimming pool, hot tub or going in the sea within 6 weeks of your piercing then I would advise that you rebook. Your £10 booking fee secures your appointment, this must be paid within 24 hours of booking. if you do not pay your booking fee then your appointment may be cancelled.
