This space was created from a deep love of nature, healing, connection, and the turning of the seasons. A place to slow down, breathe deeply, reconnect with yourself, and be held in community.

Based in Swansea, Claire from Chakra Food Swansea & myself offer nature-inspired healing experiences including:

🌿 Spaces for rest, reflection, grounding, and transformation

So a bit about me …..

I am trained and certified in the following :

✨ Reiki Master & Teacher
✨ Kundalini Yoga & Meditation
✨ Breathwork
✨ Somatic healing practices

Alongside this, I bring 24 years of experience as a trauma-informed social worker supporting both children and adults, holding spaces with compassion, safety, and deep care. I am DDP trained and a solution focused practitioner.

I am a mother to an awesome 17 year old daughter who has a rare genetic condition (1 in 15 in the UK & 1 in 32 in the world) and additional needs. I am passionate about inclusion for all.

Whether you are here for healing, community, nervous system rest, spiritual connection, or simply a moment of peace in nature — you are so welcome here 💛
