Come along to the Baby Reflexology classes I will be running at Ynysmeudwy Community Hall this September. You will learn techniques to help support common baby issues such as reflux, colic, soothing, teething pains etc.

Baby Reflexology is also great for bonding. It can help if there has been any separation from the baby after birth, post-natal depression or any other barrier to bonding. It was developed by Jenny Lee, a Physiotherapist, and also by doctors during the Balkan war when traumatised women had problems bonding with their babies.

Jenny Lee carried out research proving its effectiveness, particularly for children with asthma.

Trebanos Breastfeeding Group is a free support and social group run by PIPSW-trained peer supporters.
The group is suitable for anyone who is breastfeeding, or pregnant and considering breastfeeding.
We meet in Trebanos Community Hall every term-time Thursday 10-12.
