Leigh provides her time and space to enhance your confidence, with conversations to help with strategies and management of your challenges and well-being concerns with a non-judgmental, client-centred and empathic presence.
Leigh offers sensitivity to your needs and personal preferences with an empowering and transformational therapy experience.
Leigh's primary aims are 'to work with my clients as unique individuals with tailored appropriate therapy to meet their particular needs and personal aims'.
Leigh's extensive knowledge and experience includes working with Emotional Turmoil and Stress, Self Compassion therapy, Domestic Abuse, Anxiety, Depression, Panic Disorders, BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder), Bipolar Disorder, Alcohol or Drug abuse.
Bereavement and other support surrounds Loss in life, Loss of a loved one, and Grief.
Trauma therapy support includes Sexual Abuse focus.
