Absolutely honoured, humbled and incredibly grateful to share that Bethany Hatten & James Wood of Clear Ear Health Ltd have been named 2026 Wales Finalists for Start-Up Entrepreneur of the Year at The Allica Bank Great British Entrepreneur Awards 🏆

The “Grammys of Entrepreneurship” - what a moment.

A huge thank you to Great British Entrepreneurs, Allica Bank, the organisers, sponsors, judging panel, our families, mentors (including ), patients, care homes, and every single person who has supported ClearEar from the beginning. We are genuinely so grateful.

To be recognised alongside entrepreneurs building real, established and inspiring businesses across the UK is something we do not take lightly.

Thank you to the incredible judges and entrepreneurial community, including Daniel Priestley, Simon Squibb, Dominic McGregor, , Joanna Jensen, John Caudwell | Entrepreneur | Philanthropist, , Sophie Milliken MBE, Jordan Brompton, Ash Jones, Ben Towers MBE, Maxine Laceby and Darcy Laceby and many, many others - it is a privilege to be part of this process.

Currently on our medical elective abroad, we have been brought some fantastic news we would love to share with you!

We are officially Wales regional finalists for Graduate StartUp of the Year. It is amazing to have our hard work recognised by the experts.

Thank you to every single person we have worked with, the organisations and companies we have serviced and partnered with, and everyone that have given us advice and guidance throughout our journey. We are so lucky.

She was even lucky enough to get a visit from Huw David OBE, the Mayor of Bridgend! 🏅 We hope to do your ears soon! Cllr Huw David
