July 2020
Selling protein from my bedroom in my mothers house.

Most sales would be from friends and people in the gym. Zero money taken out of the business & 100% reinvested

November 2020 - The smallest ‘unit’ available in storage giant if you can call it that. More like a wardrobe. Everything stacked on top of each other in bags, having to cart everything upstairs as they had no ground floor availability. I remember thinking how am I going to make £75 profit this month to pay the unit rent 😅

December 2021 - we got a second ‘unit’ of the same size right opposite each other. 2 wardrobes are better than 1 😂

Built my own website now to push sales out of Swansea (website was clunky and not very mobile friendly but I built it and it served the purpose at the time)

2022 - Moved in to a larger storage giant unit (Can’t find any photos 😔). Was around 3m x 4m. Starting to get sales all around the U.K. at this point. Logistically still very awkward the way the business was run.

Still haven’t taken a penny out of the business at this point - 100% reinvest. Was continuously adding money in to the business to branch more into the Thor brand instead of just retailing other brands

July 2022 - Moved the website over to shopify. Totally recreated it and made it more user friendly

December 2023 - Moved out of storage giant and got our first real unit. Full electric, roller door with vehicle access straight up. Now we’re rolling. Business is becoming logistically smooth.

2024 - Kitted out the new unit. Actually starting to look profitable for once in the whole journey. Still reinvesting and not taking anything out

2025 - The year of growth.

Our sales rocketed in 2025. This video was a daily occurrence. Thor brand products were selling very well at this point.

Finally took the plunge and made Thor into a limited company. Paperwork side of things was getting hectic so took on an accounting team to help with the day to day stuff - Debrief Accounting (Amazing company if your looking for an accountant team who are there 24/7 - I literally do nothing 🤦🏽‍♂️)

Was fed up of long lead times, high MOQ’s and extortionate prices so decided to create our own supplement man
