Sauna Whisking Sessions at Wales Sauna Hut
Parkmill, Gower
27th June

I’ll be running small group sauna whisking sessions at Wales Sauna Hut on the 27th June 2026 with just 6 people per session to keep things relaxed and personal 🌿

If you’ve never experienced sauna whisking before, it’s a traditional sauna practice using soft leafy branches to gently move heat around the body through tapping, sweeping and rhythmical movements. Combined with steam, scent and the heat of the sauna, it creates a deeply relaxing and grounding experience.

Expect lots of heat, steam, good smells, deep rest, cold water cool downs with access to the river and a slower pace than your average sauna session - nature brought into the sauna as it should be.

These sessions are all about slowing down, reconnecting with yourself and getting a bit more out of your sauna experience.

No experience needed, just come as you are. I look forward to your company Abi.

Come down to Langland today and take a dip, with your Sauna Hut session booked ready for the luxurious hear and relaxation. That is what our early swimming gang do, a fantastic way to start the day.

Others like to enjoy the heat of the sauna first before they feel like a dip. You have to fond what works for you. We are here to guide you through the experience.

COLD DIP OR SAUNA FIRST?

Langland this Sunday 17th May. The sea is slightly warmer, honest. Start with a swim in the sea or a dip in our tub and then head into our beautiful Sauna Hut. Or sit and let the warmth build with a sauna first and it is easier to endure/enjoy the sea. It is down to personal preference and can vary from day to day. Come and see what you prefer.

£10 Sauna Hut per person for an hour of relaxation and refreshment! 80 degrees Celsius sauna and 12 degree sea temperature. This Saturday 9th May in Mumbles.

If you have been thinking about giving it a go take advantage of this bargain and join us, we will look after you. If you are one of our regulars please come and join us as Bethan, Tid and I run one of our last few sessions in Mumbles before we take a break. This is also a celebration of almost two years running our sauna.

High water is in the middle of the day so access off the slip will be pretty good for that dip.
