I love creating spaces for women ✨
Spaces where they can be themselves, try new things, or make time for the things they love.
Spaces that give them permission to focus on themselves and what they need.
That create joy, laughter and connection, but also allow them to show up exactly as they are — without needing to put on a mask, pretend everything is fine, or have it all figured out.
That gently remind women of something they often forget: just how strong, capable and courageous they really are.
I think many women spend so much of their lives caring for others, meeting expectations and putting themselves at the bottom of the list.
One of the things I love most about retreats is watching women give themselves permission to step away from all of that for a little while.
To rest.
To be supported.
To do something simply because it feels good for them.
I also love the creation stage — choosing a theme that feels meaningful, finding the right location, and weaving together experiences that bring it to life.
It’s easy to focus on the planning, logistics and everything that goes into creating a retreat, but these messages are always a reminder of what it’s really about.
Creating space to slow down.
To reconnect.
To feel held by nature, community and time away from everyday life.
To remember what it feels like to come home to yourself.
I’m so grateful to every woman who has trusted me to be part of her journey 🩷
📣 🙏🏽✨ I’m equally grateful to Emily and Kate, whose passion, knowledge and support help make THRIVE everything I hoped it could be, and I can’t wait to welcome this year’s group into the Black Mountains
