Who can get their NHS flu vaccination and when?

The NHS is encouraging eligible people to book their flu vaccination ahead of this winter.

FROM 1 SEPTEMBER
💛 Pregnant women
💛 Children aged 2–3
💛 School-aged children, from Reception to Year 11
💛 Children aged 6 months to 17 years in clinical risk groups

FROM 1 OCTOBER
💙 Adults aged 65+
💙 Adults aged 18–64 in clinical risk groups
💙 Eligible carers
💙 People in long-stay residential care homes
💙 Eligible frontline social care workers
💙 Close contacts of people who are immunocompromised
💙 People experiencing homelessness
