🔮 A little Tarot offering from me...
You already know I read Tarot, but I've decided to introduce something a little simpler and more affordable for those times when you don't necessarily want or need a full reading.
So I'm offering personalised written Tarot Insights at an introductory price:
🃏 ONE CARD — £3.50
One question • One card • Personalised insight and guidance
🔮 THREE CARDS — £7.50
One question • Three cards • A deeper look at your situation and the guidance around it
These are written readings, so you can come back to them whenever you want and sit with the message in your own time.
As always, I don't see Tarot as something that dictates your future or makes decisions for you. I use the cards as a tool for insight, reflection and looking at a situation from another perspective.
I'm keeping these prices low initially while I see how they work, so I'm starting with a limited number of readings.
If you'd like one, just message me TAROT and I'll send you the details. 🌙

One thing I’ve learned through supporting wellbeing — and through my own experiences — is that healing is rarely linear.
Some days feel easier.
Some days feel heavy.
And sometimes progress looks like:
✨ resting
✨ cancelling plans
✨ slowing down
✨ asking for help
Gentle progress still matters.
What’s something you’re giving yourself permission for this weekend?

When life feels overwhelming, the nervous system can become stuck in “survival mode.”
You might notice it as:
✨ feeling wired but exhausted
✨ struggling to switch off
✨ shallow breathing
✨ increased pain or tension
✨ overwhelm from things that normally feel manageable
✨ poor sleep or constant overthinking
This is where simple, regular meditation can help.
Not because meditation magically removes problems.
But because even a few quiet minutes can gently signal to the body:
“You are safe enough to soften.”
Meditation can support the nervous system by helping us slow down, breathe more deeply, and create small moments of calm in a world that often asks us to keep pushing.
And importantly…
It doesn’t need to look perfect.
It can be: 🌿 3 quiet minutes with your eyes closed
🌿 slow breathing with a hand on your chest
🌿 listening to calming music
🌿 sitting in stillness with a cup of tea
🌿 a short guided meditation before sleep
Small moments count.
Gentle consistency often helps more than pressure or perfection.
What helps your nervous system settle, even a little? 🌿

WHAT PEOPLE DON’T ADMIT
I’m collecting anonymous personal admissions for a book project called:
What People Don’t Admit
This is not advice, inspiration, or storytelling.
It is a collection of honest thoughts, feelings, and inner contradictions people usually keep to themselves.
This can include things like:
emotions or doubts you don’t often share
thoughts about relationships, attraction, or connection
personal insecurities or private contradictions
moments where how you feel inside doesn’t match how you appear to others
You don’t need to write perfectly—just honestly.
Everything is completely anonymous. No names will be published.
If included, your submission may be lightly edited for clarity, but the meaning will remain unchanged.
What I’m looking for:
Real, specific experiences or thoughts you don’t usually say out loud. The more grounded and personal, the better.
Length:
A few sentences to a few paragraphs is ideal. Specific moments are more valuable than general reflections.
What I’m NOT looking for:
advice or motivational writing
vague general statements
fictional or exaggerated stories
How to submit:message or 07564477852
Email: [email protected]
Please do not include identifying details. Submissions are anonymous.
If you’re unsure what to write, think about something you’ve never fully said because it feels too personal, strange, or difficult to explain.”
