This May, Martyn from Clear Ear Healthcare will taking on the 496 Challenge - 31 days of pushing his limits, not just physically, but mentally.
He is doing this all in aid of 999 Re:Set - an incredible charity providing vital mental health support for emergency service personnel and their families. The people who run towards the danger also need support when the weight of the job catches up with them.
This challenge will demand mental resilience - showing up every single day, digging in when it's tough, and pushing through when motivation fades. That mental strength is exactly what this cause stands for...
