This June, I’m taking on the Refuge 100 Mile Challenge and committing to running and walking 100 miles throughout the month (with the aim of running the majority of them!) to raise money for Refuge.

Refuge is the UK’s largest specialist provider of support for women and children experiencing domestic abuse and violence. Every day, they help people find safety, rebuild their lives, and escape fear.

Every mile is for the women and children who deserve to live free from abuse and violence.
