Wow...just amazing.

After learning that his weight was putting his life at risk, all John could think of was his family – and the moments he’d miss unless he made a significant change 💔… so that’s what he did.

With the support he found at his local Slimming World group, John lost a staggering 16st 12lbs (107kg) and turned his life around. Instead of being at risk of dying young, he’s now feeling healthy, confident and excited for the future – and has maintained his weight for more than two years 👏.

🍛 Naked Chicken Katsu Curry from the wonders of Slimming World Kitchen.

Tonight’s kitchen creation was this gorgeous naked chicken katsu curry — packed with flavour, colour, and totally on plan!
Tender chicken, creamy coconut sauce, mashed sweet potato, and a kick of curry spice… all served with fluffy rice for that perfect balance.

It’s proof that healthy eating doesn’t mean missing out — just smart swaps and a little Slimming World magic. 💫

One of the BEST parts of being a Slimming World member and Consultant? The incredible recipe books you get access to 📚🙌.

Honestly, they’ve been a total gamechanger for keeping meals exciting, easy, and completely on plan. My absolute go-to at the moment is out and about – it’s packed with recipes I actually look forward to cooking (and eating 😍) and so many ideas for those days out.
