This weekend, we had the pleasure of hosting our Client Appreciation Day at Absolutely Fit Studio! 💙

Our clients enjoyed some fun, short exercise challenges, refreshments, prizes, plenty of laughs, and most importantly, we took time to celebrate the incredible progress they have made on their journeys. 💪

🥑🌿 Zesty Tuna & Avocado Salad 🐟

Simple, fresh, and packed with goodness — perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner at Absolutely Fit Studio 💙

Ingredients:
• 140g tuna in spring water, drained
• 1 tbsp natural yoghurt
• 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
• 1 lime
• 1 avocado
• ½ beef tomato

Method:
1️⃣ In a bowl, mix the tuna, yoghurt, coriander, and juice from half the lime. Season with salt and pepper.

2️⃣ Dice the avocado and place into a separate bowl. Drizzle with the remaining lime juice and season lightly.

3️⃣ Layer the avocado, tuna mixture, and diced tomato onto a plate. Repeat for the second serving.

Fresh, high in protein, and full of flavour 👌
