A little Weekend reset 🤍
Good food, fresh air, beautiful surroundings at Castle Combe and taking a little bit of time for me this week.

This week I also had some microneedling done — and honestly, self-care is about so much more than aesthetics.

Sometimes it’s just having an hour to stop. To breathe. To offload. To talk.

There’s a reason our anti-wrinkle appointments are 30 minutes long and not 5!

Happy first wedding anniversary to myself and my amazing husband, Rich 🤍

I honestly can’t believe we’re already coming up to one whole year of marriage. What an incredible whirlwind this last year has been… from getting married, to a couple of honeymoons, to moving house, it’s definitely been one of the busiest and most exciting years of our lives.

I also just want to say a huge thank you to all of my wonderful patients for your continued support throughout such a crazy but beautiful chapter of life. It never goes unnoticed and I’m so grateful for every single one of you.
